Neelam's Button Bits are designed to suit all major DTH Hammer brands. Made of superior quality raw material, our Button Bits are tough, durable and work with precision and accuracy while penetrating into the sub-soil formation of varied nature. High Quality material processing and Multiple Heat Treatment imparts maximum resistance against fatigue. This special process also includes "Case Hardening", "Thru-Hardening", ''Double - Tempered'' Heat Treatment in sophisticated Seal Quench Furnaces for total consistent strength. The design of the Bit body and the Frontal Sludge grooves provide uniform flushing, which reduces steel wash on both bit and the hammer. The carbide buttons that are used are sourced from reliable manufactures of International repute.
